Refund policy

Returns are only possible within the 7 days of receiving your order. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will automatically refund to the original payment method used. Keep in mind that your credit card company/ bank may take some time to process the refund as well. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it in and have all tags. Kindly attaching the proof of purchase is recommended as well.  Lastly, please contact us as to why the order is being returned before attempting to send it back.
